So, you know how to craft a cocktail. Now you’re going to learn how to do it with style. Taught by world champion flair bartender Tom Dyer, this course will arm you with stand-out craft flair moves you can weave right into your cocktail production.
This course isn’t about putting on a huge show. Every move is subtle, but impactful. Each is designed to elevate your serve, using equipment you’d find behind any bar.

Chapter 2 - The Tommy’s margarita routine
We’re turning up the heat a bit for this next routine. Get to grips with some slightly trickier moves and when you’re ready, have a go at the upgrades. You’ll learn the glass twist, the tin on tin, the jigger rollover, the French ice dump and the stall strain.
