Course content

This course consists of four routines. For each routine, you’ll learn four different moves and the different ‘upgrades’ that go with them, getting progressively more challenging as you go. All these moves can be used for tons of other cocktails too, which you’ll find in your study notes...

Chapter 1 - The caipirinha routine

In this chapter, you’ll pick up a few simple moves you can bust out when making a caipirinha cocktail. You’ll cover the lime snatch, muddler roll, long pour, spoon finger spin and the simple scoop throw, as well as the upgrades for each one.

Chapter 2 - The Tommy’s margarita routine

We’re turning up the heat a bit for this next routine. Get to grips with some slightly trickier moves and when you’re ready, have a go at the upgrades. You’ll learn the glass twist, the tin on tin, the jigger rollover, the French ice dump and the stall strain.

Chapter 3 - The mai tai routine

This is a challenging but rewarding routine to perfect. You’ll master the glass ninja, tin on tin, jigger drop, jigger bottle twist and the closed shaker roll. Start with the core move, then gradually work your way through the upgrades.

Chapter 4 - The whiskey sour routine

Now, it’s time for the grand finale. Hold onto all the skills you’ve learnt so far – you’ll need them for this one. Here, you’ll be combining the one-finger pickup, tin on tin, scoop spin, jigger rollover and liquid manipulation into one impressive routine.
